Duties & taxes  – For orders shipped to the USA, no additional fees will be charged upon delivery for purchases up to $700. For orders to Ireland, duties may apply on purchases over €15. Please note that any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Returns Policy

At Ashly Rae, we take pride in offering high-quality, timeless essentials designed to move with you. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all hygiene seals, tags, and packaging intact.

1.2. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits with removed or broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.

1.3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and email address.
  3. Include whether you'd like a refund, exchange or store credit.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

3.3. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3.4. You must include a note in your return package with your order number.

4. Inspection & Approval

4.1. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4.2. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit. If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be returned to you.

4.3. A £2 handling fee will be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.

4.4  All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Ashly Rae Ltd's discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5.2. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed and appear on your statement. We expect it to be much quicker but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. International Returns

6.1. International customers are eligible for returns.

6.2. Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
